Drew Pattyn, President, Northern Commercial
Drew Pattyn founded Northern Commercial in 1990. Drew graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1977 with a BA in Business Management.
Drew was previously employed by Indiana National Bank and became responsible for business development in Hamilton County, IN. His business roots were planted deep. Initially associated with Harding Dahm & Co. as a Leasing and Sales Broker Agent for five years. Northern Commercial was initially started with the specific goal of concentrating efforts in the “Northern” Indy Metro area, particularly Hamilton County. Drew continues to concentrate his efforts in this geographic area (particularly Southern Hamilton County) in Industrial/Flex, Office, and Retail space.
A Westfield resident since 1988, Drew is married with two daughters and four grandchildren. He has many interests….but business relationships and time with his family have become his priority.
